When in the planning stage for our parents Golden Wedding anniversary party and the thought of having the food catered it never went further than thinking of Marco and Tony at Kwizeen. Having enjoyed the food at Kwizeen for over ten years it was only natural that our thoughts went to the new venture in outside catering; we were not disappointed. The whole experience was one I would recommend; the food was delicious, the presentation sublime and the service second to none. Our family and friends were very impressed with the catering, the whole salmon on the mirror was spectacular, the food was the talk of the party.

The food was fantastic and just exactly what we wanted. Your canapes are the absolute best!! The waiters were so efficient starting with serving Vodka Martinies to the guests on arrival and keeping the food flowing throughout the evening. Fantastic!! Even collecting empty glasses that had been left around the rooms.

Your staff were great, polite and so efficient and to keep fifty guests happy all evening was an achievement itself! Everyone commented on the high standard of food and service and the girls especially enjoyed the chocolate fountain and the mountain of fruit and dips you provided for it! No calorie counting that night!!

The kitchen in the Coach House was left absolutely spotless and you couldn't tell that you had been, everything washed, wiped, and put away perfectly. Thank you for that. It was such a relief not to have to think about tidying on our wedding day! Your chef's turned out plate after plate of beautiful food - both hot and cold - and it just got better and better as the evening progressed.

As you can imagine, Mike sees a lot of caterers in his job as a wedding photographer and he will be recommending your services to any bride and grooms who ask in the future.

RE: BBC Learning filming at Grundy Art Gallery Blackpool.

Dear Marco and Team, A belated thank you for the excellent location catering that Kwizeen provided on the film shoot above. Not only was the food delicious but it was prepared on site, on time and with the minumum of fuss. As filming requirements tend to change at the last minute, we found Kwizeen incredibly flexible to work with, meeting an order that was placed only 2 days before the shoot and accommodating any little "extras" that cropped up, including sourcing polystyrene cups on a Sunday night! Location meal breaks can be quite demanding as, in this case, 20 people needed to be fed in a short space of time but Kwizeen took the pressure in their stride and delivered a varied breakfast and lunch menu on budget, with satisfying hearty fare that kept the crew going during a long working day. Marco's homemade pies and bread and butter pudding were particular favourites! I would heartliy recommend Kwizeen for location catering in Blackpool to other producers, especially those on tight budgets.

"From my first meeting with Marco I knew I was in safe hands. Kwizeen Catering took away all the stress that comes with organising a party. They served an excellent assortment of hot and cold canapes that not only looked amazing, but tasted exquisite.Kwizeen provided two members of staff and set up a cocktail bar in our home that served the most agreeable cocktails, including strawberry daiquiris with space dust, mojitos and cosmopolitans to name just a few. Our guests loved them and it really made the party extra special. We used Marco at Kwizeen for the canapés at our marketing launch at Club Sanuk in April 2008. This was a fantastic event for the radio station and not least because the food was outstanding. Marco set up cookers at the back of the club and all the food was fresh and hot. The canapés just kept coming. There were cold platters as well as hot and all were presented beautifully and were received really well.I would not hesitate in using Marco from Kwizeen again. He also provides corporate lunches and buffets. The outside catering is as outstanding as his restaurant food; I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We used Kwizeen outside Catering for our official opening at Langtrys, Five star accredited accommodation, in June 2009. After a consultation with Marco we decided on a selection of hot canapés, they looked and tasted fantastic.
